Strategic development: Integration of the company’s framework conditions into the IP strategy. The preparation of a detailed implementation plan in collaboration with the company. The design of company-wide IP processes to realize the IP strategy (risk structure, process map, resources etc.).

Implementation / Controlling: The IP strategy is actively implemented in the operational and organizational structure together with the company. Guided by an IP-oriented Balanced Scorecard the achievement of the goals is continuously monitored.
